We celebrated our wedding celebration in the Parkhotel Wolfenbüttel. We and all our guests were super satisfied. Despite the Corona rules, everything went great and smoothly. First of all we would like to thank the competent and very accommodating hotel manager. The food, which was adapted in advance as part of a rehearsal, was very tasty! The service was just good, it couldn't be better! Everything was thought of, it was very quick and accommodating! After the wedding reception we stayed in a suite at the hotel. The room in the old and at the same time modern style was very clean and we liked it very much. Later the night was charged on the bill as a gift from the house. At this point we would like to say THANK YOU. Price-performance = SUPER We can only recommend the Parkhotel in Wolfenbüttel! best regards

We spontaneously ordered 4 portions of goose leg with red cabbage and dumplings to pick up on Saturday for Sunday 3rd Advent. The food was really great! We thank you for the friendly and uncomplicated handling and of course for the fantastic food.

The hotel itself is getting old, not from the outside but the rooms, the food is great, I can only recommend anyone who wants to eat German

Not everything as it should be, but the staff is very nice and friendly.

The location is good and the rooms are relatively clean. So far everything is OK. Breakfast is a buffet although Corona measures try to be adhered to, which of course cannot work. In the evening the employees stand in a group of 4-5 people directly in front of the main entrance and smoke. Every guest has to go through the haze and through a group of people without face masks if they want to get to the hotel.

We were allowed to provide musical accompaniment to a wedding in the Parkhotel. For us an extremely pleasant experience. Outstanding service staff under the direction of a competent hotel manager, who was always available for the concerns of guests and service providers and thus achieved a warm atmosphere for the entire company with a lot of empathy. The personal presence coupled with your own ideas and relaxed handling show that the Hoffmann family's self-run hotel is something special in a positive sense. Also the z. The currently applicable hygienic requirements have been implemented very well. We would like to come again.

It is a very well-kept hotel. The establishment has been behind it for a few years, the most important thing for me, my room was very clean. The food offered was very tasty. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The hotel is located just a few minutes from the city center and borders a beautiful park with a pond and water fountain. The hygiene regulations were implemented sensibly by the staff. I can only recommend this hotel.

I like the coffee house because you can party and spend the night there, just as you need it for your guests.

RECOMMENDATION Stars for the staff - 5 stars for the location - 5 stars for value for money - 4 stars for the room and 6! Stars for breakfast. THANKS A LOT, IT CANNOT BE BETTER

Very attentive and friendly service. Very suitable for family celebrations.

Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't do what it says on the tin. Our room no longer meets today's standards (carpet, old-fashioned wooden furniture) the bed was a disaster, with every little movement creak and knead, so no trace of relaxation. Breakfast is ok, small selection, but nothing special. The service staff was great, at least a little ray of hope, thank you. I was born in Wolfenbüttel and I remember the coffee house better.

Good 3 star hotel. It does justice to the stars. Room clean, new bathroom. Only carpet is no longer available today;) Room prices in the ratio ok. Staff very very friendly. Breakfast good. The dinner (normal in the restaurant, no half board) okay. Only 24 hours a day crowing ravens should get used to. You get around the wide park around it. Depending on which side you sleep on, you can only find peace with the window closed. But the hotel can not help;)

Telephone reservations and advice were professional, VERY friendly and accommodating. Prices just as cheap as on internet portals. Our stay was great too. All employees do a great job. Even in the breakfast room a large table was reserved for the rooms we booked together so that we could have breakfast together. Reception also gets a 1+.

As always, very tasty on Christmas Day. Had already reserved Easter for 9 people and got a place on the gallery in the wine grotto. Our two dogs had plenty of space there. As always, the food and service was the finest. A reservation has already been made for Easter 2020

Very bad customer service from the front desk and the manager, not so good food and expensive in my opinion very little food, not very clean, old still hotel bed and pillows war stinking man transpiration for 130e with the fact the manager disrespect my mother even if we war very polite and didn't make any complaints for all the eong things going on there ... very nice parc near but to pay that money to be disrespected it crazy really I'm not recommending this place they should check there staff and make drastic changes there if I had a light for fluids think I would never sleep there I'm disgusted just thinking about it

Comfortable but some of the rooms are feeling a bit dated. No fridge in the rooms and the only safe is only a locking drawer. Breakfast is okay and the restaurant is bright and airy.

A comfy hotel within walking distance of the old part of the city. Large parking lot across the road. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Nothing I could complain about. No time to try the restaurant so I can't report about that!

Nice hotel but minimal heating in January, need to use the duvet off other bed to keep warmish, don't forget your thermals if staying here. Also snotty barman in restaurant.

The hotel had no running water upon arriving. The restaurant staff was very rude, had bad hygiene and was very aggressive!

Almost impossible to connect to the wi-fi signal. Good breakfast. Rooms clean. The maintenance forget to leave clean towls and take out the used ones!

Simple, Clean hotel with friendly staff. Bathrooms are new and rooms.clean. Dinner looks nice. In the improvement side: place update the gym with a running machine or Crosstrainer.
